1. License Grant
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased presets, LUTs, and related digital files for your own personal and commercial creative work.
You are purchasing a license to use the files.
You are not purchasing ownership of the files or the intellectual property contained within them.
2. What You Can Do

3. What You Cannot Do

Share the files with another person

Upload the files to file-sharing websites

Give the files away for free

Include the files inside another preset, LUT, template, asset, or digital product

Sell modified versions of the original files

Claim the presets or LUTs as your own product

Convert the files into another format for the purpose of redistribution or resale

Use the files to create competing preset or LUT packs for sale

Transfer your license to another person or business
Purchasing one copy does not give you the right to distribute copies to friends, team members, employees, clients, or collaborators.
Each individual user must have their own license unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Work
You may use the presets and LUTs when creating work for paying clients.
For example, you may edit a wedding, campaign, portrait session, commercial video, social media campaign, or other client project using the products.
Your client may receive the finished photographs or videos.
Your client may not receive the original preset or LUT files.
5. Commercial Use
Commercial use of finished creative work is allowed.
There is no additional royalty or fee based on how many photographs, videos, views, impressions, or client projects you create using the products.
This license does not allow resale or redistribution of the original digital files themselves.
6. Free Products
Free presets, LUTs, samples, and other downloadable products are subject to the same restrictions unless otherwise stated.
Receiving a product for free does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, upload, or share the original file.
7. Intellectual Property
All presets, LUTs, digital files, product names, guides, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
No copyright, trademark, or ownership rights are transferred to you when you purchase or download a product.
You receive only the usage rights specifically described in this agreement.
8. Compatibility
We aim to clearly state compatible applications, devices, file formats, and workflows on each product page.
However, software, operating systems, camera formats, and third-party applications may change over time.
You are responsible for confirming that the product is compatible with your intended software and workflow before purchasing.
9. Results May Vary
Presets and LUTs are creative tools and starting points.
Results will vary depending on factors including:

Purchasing a product does not guarantee that every photograph or video will produce the exact same result as the examples shown on the website.
Exposure, white balance, intensity, and other settings may need adjustment.
10. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot effectively be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable after download or access, except where required by applicable law.
If a file is defective or you experience a genuine technical problem, please contact us so we can assist you.

11. Unauthorized Distribution
Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, duplication, or publication of the original digital products is prohibited.
We reserve the right to revoke access to products where there is evidence of license abuse, unauthorized distribution, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Products may be updated, modified, expanded, replaced, or discontinued over time.
Unless specifically stated on the product page, purchasing a product does not automatically guarantee access to all future products, expansions, collections, or major new versions.
13. No Warranty
The products are provided on an “as is” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that a product will meet every individual creative preference, technical workflow, or intended result.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital products.
Our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
15. Changes to This Agreement
This License Agreement may be updated when necessary.
The version published on this website will be the current version.
